I'd like to see some comments from users rather than vendors. In the UK we on LiST (http://www.listgroup.org) have approached this issue from the users' perspective (rather than just a standardised vendors' load file format) so that different litigation support systems can exchange documents and data as long as the format they use is LiST-compliant.
