Qualcomm's Hard-Learned Lessons

What happened to Qualcomm wasn't the first case of e-discovery gone wrong, but it could be the most incredible. Seeking to tie Qualcom to the formation of an industry standard, Broadcom repeatedly sought documents that Qualcomm said it didn't have. Except there were documents -- 46,000 of them.
