Is E-Discovery Greek to You?

While e-discovery may be Greek to many, it is those documents written in Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian that cause much of the trouble.

Here are some tips to ensure correct collection and review, regardless of the language at hand.

And, moving along a tangent, Yahoo reported that IBM is set to translate documents such as e-mail messages, Web pages, and contracts, offshore in Pune, India. It will also use technology developed by IBM's research lab in India, along with available tools in the market, to automate some translation work.
