Integreon, a legal process outsourcing provider, has acquired Datum Legal, a New York City-based electronic discovery and litigation support provider. According to the company, with the acquisition of Datum Legal, Integreon now offers all of the key elements of the discovery process: data analytics, processing, hosting, reduction and offshore/onshore attorney review. If I am not wrong Integreon’s majority shareholder, Ayala Corporation funded the acquisition of
