Sedona Conference Accepting Applications

The annual Sedona Conference On Antitrust Law And Litigation will be held September 17-18, 2008, in Florence, Italy. It will address the globalization of antitrust enforcement. Topics will include:

• The Future of Private Antitrust Enforcement in the EU
• Criminal Antitrust Enforcement in Europe
• Impact for Antitrust Enforcement of the U.S. 2008 Presidential Election; and
• The Antitrust/IP Interface
